Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hy baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hy baji ("we", "us", "the Platform") operating at hybaji.click. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hy baji platform — whether that means placing a bet, claiming a bonus, participating in a promotion or simply browsing the lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the hy baji platform immediately and, if you have already registered, close your account before placing any further bets. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Section 02

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at hy baji you must meet all of the following criteria:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hy baji takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will verify age documentation whenever there is any doubt.

Location: You must be registering from a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms of this type is not prohibited by local law.

Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be under any court-ordered restriction from gambling.

No existing ban: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from hy baji or been banned from the platform previously for a breach of these Terms.

Own account only: You must register for your own personal use only — not on behalf of any other individual, company or third party.

Accurate information: All registration details — name, date of birth, payment information — must be true, accurate and kept up to date throughout your membership.

Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be voided and forfeited.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the hy baji platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name or under someone else's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hy baji login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hy baji will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

hy baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents (valid CNIC, passport, bank statements or any other documentation we deem necessary) at any point during your membership — particularly before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

All account details must be provided in your real, legal name.
The payment method you use must be registered in your own name.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
hy baji accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to another person.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hy baji are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your hy baji wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by your payment provider. hy baji does not accept deposits made from payment methods registered in a name other than yours.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed once your account has been verified and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. hy baji will process withdrawal requests to the payment method you used to deposit, or to a verified personal bank account. Processing times vary by payment provider but we aim to handle all requests promptly.

hy baji does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests made prior to completing bonus wagering requirements will be subject to forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it.
hy baji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment ownership before releasing funds.
Any funds deposited through fraudulent or third-party payment methods will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.

            
            All transactions are monitored for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Players may be asked to verify the source of funds as part of routine due diligence — this is a standard process and should not cause concern.

Bonuses & Promotions

hy baji regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives to its players. These promotions are designed to reward genuine gameplay and must not be abused or exploited in ways that violate these Terms.

Every bonus or promotion offered by hy baji comes with specific Terms that include — but are not limited to — minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, expiry dates and any game contribution rates. These specific Terms are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of these overall Terms.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Placing bets above the maximum allowed while using bonus funds may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
Bonuses are not transferable and hold no monetary cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
hy baji reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting patterns, exploitation of promotion loopholes or collusion — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may lead to account closure.

Always read the specific Terms attached to each hy baji promotion before claiming. If anything is unclear, ask our support team before opting in — not after.

Section 06

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all games and products available on hy baji. Each game category — poker, baccarat, fishing games, esports betting, ludo and live casino — also carries its own specific game rules which are displayed within the respective game or section.

All bets are final once confirmed. hy baji does not accept requests to reverse or cancel a confirmed bet under ordinary circumstances.
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game mid-session, hy baji will take the appropriate action as defined by the relevant game provider's rules. Where data is unrecoverable, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
hy baji reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear error in odds, game parameters or pricing occurred — whether due to human error, data feed error or software malfunction.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.
Placing bets on behalf of another person using that person's funds through your account is prohibited.

For esports betting, hy baji may modify markets, suspend betting or void specific outcomes where there is evidence of match manipulation, doping, player ineligibility or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed. In such cases, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Section 07

Fair Play Policy

hy baji is committed to providing a fair, honest and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a previously imposed restriction.
Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or coordinates in any poker, casino or esports context.
Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips to another player in poker or other table games to transfer funds.
Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, game-cracking software or any third-party tool that interacts with hy baji in an unauthorised manner.
Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or disputed payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your hy baji account.
Money laundering: Using the hy baji platform as a mechanism to launder proceeds from illegal activities. All suspicious activity is reported in line with AML obligations.

hy baji uses automated monitoring tools alongside human review to detect the above behaviours. If your account is suspended under this policy, you will be notified and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made — unless the conduct warrants immediate and permanent closure without notice.

Section 08

Responsible Gaming

hy baji genuinely cares about the wellbeing of its players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We have built a suite of responsible gaming tools directly into the hy baji platform because we believe prevention is better than cure.

The following tools are available in your account settings at any time:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your hy baji account.

Session Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of play to help you keep track of time.

Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — during which your account cannot be used.

Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from hy baji. Once activated, this cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Privacy & Data

The personal data you provide during registration and throughout your time as a hy baji player is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Key points on data handling at hy baji:

We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies only where necessary and legally required.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and stored securely.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support to make such a request.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the hy baji platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, databases and promotional materials — is the property of hy baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

Reproduce, copy, scrape or redistribute any content from hy baji without our prior written consent.
Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform's software.
Use the hy baji brand name, logo or any associated marks in any context without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of hy baji's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

hy baji operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or entirely uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hy baji shall not be liable for:

Any loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of hy baji.
Technical failures, data loss or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, third-party service provider issues or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits hy baji's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

hy baji reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

If you continue to use hy baji after the revised Terms come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
